Class description

Drawing from his eclectic background, Morgan’s class aims to mindfully prepare the body for the rigors of being a professional dancer today. Warming up through a combination of dynamic stretching, standing and floor exercises tailored to enable your proprioception, finding the balance between force and structure while dealing with weight. Preparing the body to move through space with an emphasis on coordination, healthy alignment and awareness. Some task based movement will challenge the senses before the class ends off with some seriously dynamic choreography designed to bring it all together, and have a bit of fun while we’re at it!!
