Class Description

All bodies will be guided through simple exercises to achieve deeper awareness and sensation throughout the body. Each body’s weight, materiality and layers as well as capacity to occupy space both physically and energetically will be explored as we weave through both therapeutic and yoga based movements into more freeing and exploratory improvisations. Each warm up through to improvisation leads participants to develop their own movement repertoire; developing individual scores that we manifest throughout the classes by delving deeper into ourselves, our thoughts and desires.
