The Jam — Flow
Flow is a guided improvisational jam where sound and movement come together in an organic, evolving experience. The participants are engaged in a dynamic exchange, where the live music guides the movement, and the movement, in turn, shapes the sound. This continuous dialogue between body and music forms the core of the practice, creating a unique, ever-evolving rhythm.
The focus is on creating a space for introspection, where individuals can explore their own gestures and body language. Through this journey, participants tap into a deeper connection with themselves, letting go of structure and allowing the body to move freely, influenced by the sound around them. Each journey will be unique; there is a very specific path, but it may change based on various factors that will shape the flow differently, following the concept of “chance operations”.
Duration: ~2 hours Open to all backgrounds and experience levels

Alessandro Augello ( DJ)
Italian artist working between experimental electronics and sonic research, he builds immersive soundscapes where rhythm and matter merge into a hypnotic flow. His work explores frequency, repetition, and perception, transforming sound into a physical experience and an emotional space.
