Class description:
Through this ballet class, I offer a platform for exploration and discovery within a familiar structure and vocabulary. It is a space to enter into a dialogue with your body, and a moment to be inspired by yourself as well as by those around you.
The class focuses on awareness of orientation, dynamic flow and musicality, allowing a sense of ease and gentleness to emerge within the technique.
I invite all dancers to feel at home, to be playful, and to feel the joy of moving together and sharing the space with the others.
