Cristina is a dance artist working and living between Uk, Germany and Italy. She earned her MA in choreography from Codarts University of the Arts (Rotterdam) and Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts (Tilburg). She is also a Clinical Dance Therapist. Her choreographic research delves into identities and human relationships. It examines the tangible and intangible connections between people and the artificial, natural, and imagined spaces they inhabit. She is a mother of two. www.cristinadalberto.com

In this class, we will embark on an journey of shared discovery, immersing ourselves in the world of movement through an amalgamation of somatic practices, improvisation tasks unfurling our authentic dynamic. We will melt with the floor. We will cut through the air. We will turn ourselves upside down! We will train our bodies to thrive within the spectrum of readiness and acceptance oscillating between the animalistic and the contemplative
