Cristian Cucco is a passionate Italian artist, captivated by the expressive and communicative abilities of the human body. After his studies at Accademia Susanna Beltrami in Milano, Cristian embarked on his career with Compagnia Susanna Beltrami and DanceHaus Company. Since 2012, Cristian has flourished as a freelance artist, collaborating alongside creative minds such as Matteo Carvone, Diego Tortelli, Heidi Vierthaler, Liliana Barros, Moritz Ostruschnjak, Aterballetto, Compagnia Abbondanza Bertoni, Emanuel Gat, Giuliano Scarpinato, Aristide Rontini, Marigia Maggipinto and Compagnia Balletto Teatro di Torino, enriching his repertoire and constantly pushing the boundaries of his craft. Driven by an insatiable thirst for artistic exploration, Cristian has started choreographing for institutions such as IED, Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana, and esteemed fashion brands. Through these unique collaborations, he has been able to fuse his passion for movement with other art forms. In 2018 he co-founded with Alice Beatrice Carrino an authorial project named |duonux|. instagram

This training explores the pleasure of moving through the senses, focusing on the relationship between the body, space, and others. We begin with a dynamic warm-up that pushes the body to its limits, alternating between moments of improvisation and set material. Through these practices, we work on the geometry and deconstruction of the body, exploring its relationship with itself and with space. Once we reach a physical and energetic climax, the training moves into a process of liquefaction, where we explore the body’s relationship with the floor and with others through contact, flow, and weight.The goal is to create a playful environment where bodies and minds can remain open, curious, and free to explore, connect, and express.
