short bio:
Born in Italy & based in Göteborg (SE).He worked as a professional dancer performing in works by Jiří Kylián, Ohad Naharin, Nacho Duato, Uri Ivgi, Alexander Ekman, Stijn Celis, Rafael Bonachela, Itzik Galili, Stephen Shropshire, Roberto Zappalá & Jo Strømgren. He has collaborated in independent projects with different artists such as Tabea Martin, Tino Sehgal, Stephan Herwig & Moritz Ostruschnjak. He graduated as a Physical therapist in 2017 at the University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam. He is a certified Gyrotonic® & Gyrokinesis trainer®; Reiki Master; 200h YTT in Traditional Yoga & Breathwork Facilitator. In the last year, he has been developing and teaching the movement practice called So.M.A – Somatic Movement Attunement™, a craft that includes therapeutic & somatic nuances in the context of Movement & Dance. He is currently guest-teaching dance companies in Europe & internationally; and, collaborating as a movement and somatic coach with the GöteborgsOperansDanskompani.

So.M.A. – Somatic Movement Attunement ™
So.M.A. is a process of dynamic Rebalancing through Movement. Movement can in fact become a tool for Body Awareness, Research & Intuitive Expression. Via a guided dance open-tasked research and movement approach, the training is aimed to bring a sense of Presence, Embodiment & Awareness to the entire Body and Being. So.M.A. includes in its practice different elements & tools to stimulate the Body on several levels: the anatomical structures via movement-based exploration, coordination, control, strengthening & awareness; the nervous system regulation through breathing awareness and breath-work; the cognitive structures via self-inquiring & meta-cognitive processing. So.M.A is intended to be a physical experience, where one is able to understand, process and empower its own physicality; and to get in touch with the natural flow of intuitive intelligence of the Body, on all levels.
