class description:
HOGISIM (‘Curiosity’ in Korean) explores developing the ability to observe and be aware of the body from an internal perspective. In practice, there will be a variation of exercises such as focusing on proprioceptive observations, resetting feelings, finding relationships with the body, using imagination, finding a natural rhythm of its own, breaking patterns and self-care movements. In addition, we will share moments of silence, explosion, touch and breathing throughout the practice. The body is a box that contains our history. Therefore, Dancing together means meeting each other’s history through the body. I welcome everyone who wants to share history with me and others in the space of potential and exuberant energy.
