class description
The Streamflow Method: A Common Language for a Common Ground
Streamflow is a mindful, regenerating, game-like method that moves the attention in different parts of the body and heightens the functionality and spatial awareness of the body. When given specific spatial boundaries and simple tasks, the body automatically shifts into a more naturally occurring state as a complex physical organism.
My classes offer an open movement practice for anyone interested in exploring the body and its endless possibilities. Starting with simple imagery and playful tasks, participants are guided to develop both inner and outer awareness, supporting a more present and expressive way of moving. This creative approach encourages connection to a shared physical understanding while fostering personal expression.
