Class Description
The training is physical and energetic. It evolves from pure bodywork and strength exercises to complex sequences with an emphasis on expansive movements and floor work. A fundamental aspect of the training is to analyze the logic of each movement sequence in order to increase both energy efficiency and impact. The point is not to move in a certain style, but to investigate and optimize the processes in one’s own body in order to create availability for choreographic decisions and individual interpretation.
