class description:
The training is physical and energetic. It combines concepts from sports science with the unique qualities of contemporary dance. It evolves from pure bodywork and strength exercises to more complex sequences with an emphasis on expansive movements and floor work. A fundamental aspect of the training is to analyze the logic of each exercise and movement sequence in order to increase both energy efficiency and impact. Exploring and optimizing the processes in one’s own body is meant to provide a sense of simplicity and ease, and ultimately create space for choreographic decisions and individual interpretation.
