class description:
Embodied Perspectives In this class, the body becomes both our instrument and the music it creates. Through guided exercises and improvisation, we will delve into the art of crafting dance—shaping movement into meaning. Starting with the artistic visions and beliefs of choreographers that have been influential in my dance journey, such as Rosas and Chetouane, we will explore how to transform these into motion through technical skill. Together, we will cultivate presence, seeking not only to dance but to communicate, to resonate, to make our movements speak.
