Class description: Orientation Practice

The Orientation practice stems from my attempt at transmitting and connecting the dots between the different aspects of my training. Up until this point the orientation practice circulates around four main pillars:

Microbatics, Agility Practice, Partnering and internal terrain.
These pillars are interconnected and help inform and continue to develop the different aspects of the training. The practice takes inspiration from neuroscience, dancing, acrobatics, meditation, play, locomotion, fighting and tool work and attempts to extract different ingredients from each but not limited to these forms.
For this specific workshop we will adopt an open form approach where we will zoom into both established elements of the practice as well as opening the door to discovering and researching new strands of material.
